Job Requirements

Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Ability to ensure food preparation and presentation standards
Ability to follow health code guidelines
Excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling
Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Willingness to be a brand ambassador and promote loyalty programs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Basic math skills and cash handling experience preferred
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Willingness to learn and adapt to company policies

Job Duties

Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality foodservice to guests
Perform cashier duties accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the store
Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
Follow health code guidelines strictly
Apply excellence in cash handling and suggestive selling techniques
Promote the brand and loyalty rewards program to customers
