Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Commitment to upholding health and safety standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company training programs
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous food service to guests
- Maintain a clean and safe environment consistent with health code guidelines
- Prepare, present, and ensure the freshness of all foodservice products
- Handle cash transactions accurately and employ suggestive selling techniques
- Promote the company loyalty rewards program as a brand ambassador
- Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
