Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cashier, customer service, retail sales, or foodservice experience is beneficial but not required
- Ability to follow food safety and health code regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, safe, and courteous quality food service
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Maintain a clean, safe environment consistent with health code guidelines
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and follow suggestive selling techniques
- Promote the brand and the loyalty rewards program to customers
- Multi-task including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Support team efforts to exceed customer expectations on every visit
