Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cashiering customer service retail sales or foodservice is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining store standards
Job Duties
- Provide prompt efficient safe and courteous food service to the guest
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards ensuring the store is customer ready
- Ensure proper preparation presentation and freshness of foodservice products
- Follow health code guidelines diligently
- Execute excellent cash handling and suggestive selling techniques
- Promote the brand and loyalty rewards program enthusiastically
- Perform multitasking duties including bending standing reaching and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
