Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cook line cook prep cook or similar back of house experience beneficial
  • food handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • food handler certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

  • prepare food items according to the menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
  • determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
  • follow proper health procedures and maintain standards of appearance cleanliness hygiene and health
  • ensure all foods are prepared to meet quantity and deadline requirements
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • support kitchen team members during busy service periods
  • comply with food safety regulations and company policies
