- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cook line cook prep cook or similar back of house experience beneficial
- food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Job Duties
- prepare food items according to the menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
- follow proper health procedures and maintain standards of appearance cleanliness hygiene and health
- ensure all foods are prepared to meet quantity and deadline requirements
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- support kitchen team members during busy service periods
- comply with food safety regulations and company policies
