Previous cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, or other back of house experience beneficial

Job Duties

Prepare food items according to the menu, recipes, and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
Determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
Ensure proper health procedures are followed
Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health
Prepare all foods to meet quantity and deadline requirements
Monitor kitchen inventory and communicate supply needs
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food preparation
