Job Requirements

  • minimum of two years previous line and fine dining experience
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups,sauces and stocks,frying and broiling
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work multiple kitchen stations
  • ability to give direction in the supervisor's absence

  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation
  • follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
