Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- food handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- strong work ethic and reliability
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- prepare food items according to menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
- ensure proper health procedures are followed in food preparation
- maintain standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health in the kitchen
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service
- continuously learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and menu changes
