Job Description

Toxic Burger is one of the most popular and fastest growing restaurant chains in Eugene, Oregon, dedicated to reinventing classic American cuisine, particularly burgers and fries, in a healthier and modern way. They operate five vibrant locations across Eugene, South Eugene, Springfield, and Creswell, each offering a welcoming and inclusive dining experience. Toxic Burger prides itself on using high-quality ingredients such as grass-fed beef, antibiotic-free chicken, and fries cooked in rice bran oil, ensuring that every meal is flavorful without the unhealthy additives typically found in fast food. What sets Toxic Burger apart is its commitment not only to health-conscious food but also to exceptional customer service, aiming to revive the golden era when customer care was as important as the food itself. The restaurant offers carefully crafted menus catering to a variety of dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free options, making it a favorite spot for people with diverse dietary preferences and lifestyles.

The company is currently looking for hardworking, self-motivated, and friendly team members who enjoy cooking or are willing to learn. Both part-time and full-time positions are available across its five locations: West 11th Eugene, River Road Eugene, Southtowne in Woodfield Station South Eugene, Creswell, and Springfield at 42nd Street. Toxic Burger welcomes applicants who have prior cooking experience but also encourages those willing to learn to apply, as training is provided. This opportunity is perfect for individuals eager to join a dynamic team that values a positive work environment and career growth. Employees benefit from flexible hours that accommodate different schedules, a free daily food allowance, paid time off, shared tips, and comprehensive health insurance including medical, vision, and dental coverage for full-time team members. Toxic Burger’s mission fosters a sense of pride and accomplishment in its crew, encouraging them to deliver both great food and great service to every guest. Working here means being part of a restaurant that not only values customer satisfaction but also promotes a healthy and supportive workplace culture that employees can thrive in.
