Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes, portioning guidelines, and culinary standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation throughout service
  • Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards
  • Assist with prep work, inventory, labeling, and storage tasks as directed by kitchen leadership
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to deliver smooth, efficient, and timely service
  • Uphold Graduate Hotels' standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest-focused service
