Job Duties
- Ensure excellent and consistent preparation and cooking of all menu items following operating policies, procedures, and food health and safety regulations
- Prepare and plate food according to company recipes
- Set up, clean, and sanitize the workstation before, during, and after the shift
- Verify the stock of all required ingredients and supplies
- Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning lists
