Job Duties

  • Ensure excellent and consistent preparation and cooking of all menu items following operating policies, procedures, and food health and safety regulations
  • Prepare and plate food according to company recipes
  • Set up, clean, and sanitize the workstation before, during, and after the shift
  • Verify the stock of all required ingredients and supplies
  • Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning lists
