Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience in kitchen or food preparation preferred
- Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef or other back of house (BOH) experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to menu, recipes, and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- Ensure food preparation meets hospitality and service standards
- Determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked
- Follow proper health procedures and safety regulations
- Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health
- Work efficiently to meet quantity and deadline requirements
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth kitchen operations
