Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cooking or related kitchen roles beneficial
- Willingness to obtain Food Handlers certification if not already certified
- Ability to work full time or part time as needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Good physical stamina for kitchen duties
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, or other back of house role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- Determine food and supplies needed to keep kitchen stocked during service
- Follow proper health procedures and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure timely preparation of food to meet quantity and deadline requirements
- Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health
- Assist with inventory management and kitchen organization
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
