You will be responsible for producing menu items in accordance with standardized recipes, ensuring that food safety guidelines are strictly followed. Your duties would include maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, managing the food production flow in coordination with sandwich and salad stations, and supporting daily operations like stocking supplies and dishwashing. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the cafe for prolonged periods
- ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications

- Experience in fast casual or full service restaurant environments preferred
- Experience preparing recipes and following standardized cooking procedures

Job Duties
- Adheres to daily bistro needs including stocking supplies and maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness
- Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, cleaning equipment and washing dishes
- Manages the flow of food production coordinating with sandwich and salad stations
- Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness and quality of ingredients while preparing food
- Supports timely food preparation in a fast-paced environment
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborates with team members to maintain an efficient kitchen operation
