- Previous cook or similar kitchen experience preferred
- Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work full time or part time
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Previous experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, or other BOH roles beneficial
- Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to follow recipes and menu instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to the menu and recipes
- Meet quantity and deadline requirements for food preparation
- Ensure food meets special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- Determine food and supplies needed for service
- Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health
- Follow proper health and safety procedures
- Assist in keeping the kitchen running and stocked during service
