Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cooking or kitchen experience beneficial
Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
Strong communication skills
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, or BOH role preferred
Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
