Applebee's - Farwell Drive is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Cook to join their team. This position is available as either full-time or part-time, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules. As a Restaurant Cook, your primary responsibility will be to carry out food preparation duties that meet or exceed the hospitality and service standards set by Applebee’s. You will be expected to prepare menu items accurately, adhering closely to recipe specifications and quality guidelines, including accommodating special dietary or nutritional restrictions. The role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that food items are prepared in appropriate quantities and within designated timeframes, supporting efficient kitchen operations during peak service hours.
In addition to cooking, the job involves managing kitchen inventory by assessing food and supply needs to maintain stock levels necessary for uninterrupted operations. You will play an integral role in ensuring that health and safety procedures are strictly observed in the kitchen, facilitating a clean and hygienic working environment. Maintaining personal and work area cleanliness is paramount to ensure compliance with health codes and restaurant policies. Job Requirements
