Job Requirements

  • Texas Food Handlers Certification
  • At least 2 years of experience working in restaurant and hotel kitchens
  • Ability to perform basic cooking skills
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work any days of the week including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to move quickly and adjust as business dictates

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals according to menu specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff
  • Adapt to changing business needs and work schedule
  • Support senior kitchen staff in day-to-day operations
