- Texas Food Handlers Certification
- At least 2 years of experience working in restaurant and hotel kitchens
- Ability to perform basic cooking skills
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work any days of the week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to move quickly and adjust as business dictates

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to menu specifications and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff
- Adapt to changing business needs and work schedule
- Support senior kitchen staff in day-to-day operations
