The Restaurant Clerk position at El Super #66 Las Vegas - East Tropicana Ave is a vital role aimed at enhancing the customer service experience within the store's restaurant and food-serving area. This role is designed for individuals aged 16-17 who are enthusiastic about food and community service. The Restaurant Clerk will assist in preparing grilled and hot food items according to strict company standards for preparation, presentation, and hygiene.   • minimum age 16-17
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, correspondence, and memos
  • ability to write simple correspondence
  • ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
  • capability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • physical capability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
  • possession of a valid food handler card or equivalent certification
