Job Requirements
- Must be aged 16-17
- Must have a Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to present information effectively to customers, clients, and employees
- Capability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions
- Capacity to regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 60 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school student aged 16-17
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and product labels
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Effective presentation and communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings
- Basic understanding of food safety and handling
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Basic PC and Outlook skills preferred
- Retail management certificate a plus
Job Duties
- Assist with the preparation of grilled and hot food items according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant area
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Follow food safety protocols including obtaining and maintaining a Food Handler Card
- Work flexible hours including nights and weekends
