This position is fundamental in delivering excellent customer service by assisting in the preparation of grilled and hot food items, adhering strictly to company standards of preparation and presentation. Working at this location entails flexibility as candidates must be willing to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. Ideal candidates will be comfortable reading and understanding simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, and shelf tags, as well as writing basic correspondence. Effective communication abilities for one-on-one or small group settings with customers, clients, and fellow employees are essential. Additionally, the role requires a moderate level of physical fitness as it involves regularly lifting and moving weights up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds. The role also requires a Food Handler Card or an equivalent certification for food preparation, handling, and serving.
