This role is pivotal in creating positive customer service experiences. The Restaurant Clerk will assist in preparing grilled and hot food items following exact company standards for preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency. Maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment is also a crucial responsibility. Candidates must be prepared to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, to meet operational needs. The position requires food safety compliance, evidenced by holding a Food Handler Card or equivalent certification, to ensure proper handling and serving of food. Job Requirements

Candidate must be aged 16 to 17
Possess a Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and product labels
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to present information effectively to customers and coworkers
Ability to carry out oral and written instructions
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds

Job Qualifications

Basic reading and comprehension skills
Ability to write simple correspondence
Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings
Common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
Basic PC and Outlook skills are a plus
Retail Management Certificate is a plus
