Job Requirements

Read and comprehend simple instructions product labels product pricing codes shelf tags short correspondence and memos
Write simple correspondence
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds frequently lift and or move up to 45 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 60 pounds
Must have Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
Ability to work nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and product labels
Strong customer service skills
Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed instructions
Basic PC and Outlook skills preferred
Retail Management Certificate is a plus

Job Duties

Assist with preparation of grilled and hot food items following company standards
Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines including holding a Food Handler Card
Work various shifts including nights and weekends
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Ensure proper food presentation and portion control
