Job Requirements
- Must be 16 to 17 years old
- Possess or be able to obtain Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions and product information
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, correspondence, and memos
- Write simple correspondence
- Present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated instructions
- Possess basic PC and Outlook skills (preferred)
- Hold Retail Management Certificate (preferred)
Job Duties
- Assist with preparation of grilled and hot food items following company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Follow food safety and handling regulations, including maintaining Food Handler Card requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Work varied hours including nights and weekends
