The Restaurant Clerk position at Fiesta Mart Store 058 in Dallas Fort Worth-Spring Valley is a vital role focused on delivering outstanding customer service and helping maintain the restaurant's high standards. This role involves assisting in the preparation of El Super grilled and hot food items, adhering strictly to the company’s preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. The position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, which reflects the dynamic nature of the retail food service industry. Candidates are expected to hold a Food Handler Card or equivalent certification, which is essential for handling and serving food safely. Job Requirements

  • Must have Food Handler Card or equivalent certification
  • must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds occasionally
  • must be able to communicate with general public and co-workers
  • must be able to follow written and oral instructions
  • availability to work nights and weekends
  • age between 16-17 years
  • willing to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read and write Spanish or English
  • ability to read and comprehend product labels and instructions
  • ability to write simple correspondence
  • ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
  • basic PC and Outlook skills (preferred)
  • retail management certificate (preferred)
