Job Duties

Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful kitchen
Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and preparing weekly specials
Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
Maintain a spotless kitchen environment ready to pass the white glove cleanliness test
Oversee adherence to company procedures and food safety regulations
