The Hospitality Team Member (Front of House - FOH) role at Urban Plates is an engaging and dynamic position where team members are the first point of contact for guests. This role emphasizes delivering superior guest service through efficient and polite interaction, processing payment transactions, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining areas, patios, and restrooms, as well as encouraging guests to enhance their dining experience by suggestively selling beverages and pastries. Additionally, FOH team members act as guides for guests, helping them navigate the service line and dining spaces seamlessly. Urban Plates offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.95, with tipping opportunities included, allowing team members to significantly increase their earnings. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate payment systems
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
Job Qualifications
