The Hospitality Team Member (Front of House) position at Urban Plates is a vital role responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through superior service delivery. Located at 5111 Martinelli Way, Dublin, CA, this position offers hourly compensation ranging from $16.90 to $22.17, with the potential to increase earnings through tips. This role involves comprehensive interaction with guests, including payment processing, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, patios, and restrooms, and suggestive selling of beverages and pastries. Front of House team members act as guides for guests, helping them navigate the service line and dining experience with ease and hospitality.
