The Patina Group, a division of Delaware North, is currently seeking to hire a part-time Restaurant Cashier for Momosan Ramen by Morimoto located in Boston, Massachusetts. This position focuses on delivering excellent guest service by managing transactions and ensuring accuracy in tracking orders alongside cross-functional teamwork with dining room, service, and kitchen staff. The role involves handling monetary exchanges, validating payment methods, completing transactions, and providing accurate change, as well as maintaining an organized and clean checkout area. This is a tipped position with a base pay rate of $15.00 per hour, exclusive of tips.

Job Duties
- Collaborate with dining room, service, and kitchen team members to keep track of all orders, monetary situations, and charges, validating methods of payment, completing transactions, and providing accurate change, documentation, and receipts, and dispensing the accurate amount if needed
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts
- Scan items and ensure pricing is correct, resolving discrepancies and processing payments
- Clean up checkout area and keep organized
- keep receipt paper and other stationery stocked
- Maintain accurate tabs on restaurant tables’ orders using the venue’s primary point of sale system
