We are currently seeking dedicated full-time Restaurant Cashiers to join our vibrant teams. As a Restaurant Cashier at SSP America, you will play a vital customer-facing role, serving as one of the foremost representatives who craft memorable dining experiences. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth front-of-house operations by efficiently processing orders with accuracy and providing an inviting atmosphere for guests. You will be involved in everything from greeting customers with a warm welcome and handling transactions with precision, to ensuring our food service areas are clean and well-maintained every shift.

This position offers a competitive wage starting at $15.00 per hour plus tips, with full-time employment benefits that include paid training, paid time off, and holiday pay. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate POS system
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to follow health and safety regulations
  • Must be able to work full-time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • Ability to operate point of sale (POS) systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Duties

  • Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
  • Receive payment from the customer and process change
  • Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day
  • Clean equipment and utensils, removes trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean
  • Other duties as assigned
