Job Duties

  • Clean up spilled food, drinks and broken dishes, remove empty bottles and trash
  • Carry food, dishes, trays and silverware from kitchens and supplies to serving counters
  • Carry trays with soiled dishes, glassware and silverware to kitchen and dish room
  • Fill beverage and ice dispensers
  • Maintain supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes and trays
  • Replenish supplies of food and equipment at steam tables and service bars
  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and tableware to kitchens
  • Demonstrate urgency when greeting guests and turning tables
  • Assist in running food to tables and lounge
  • Assist with room service orders to guest rooms
  • Perform other duties as assigned
