The role of a Busser at The Old Spaghetti Factory involves maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficient turnaround of tables within the restaurant. As a Busser, one must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping throughout their shift and should be comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds without assistance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment helpful but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stoop for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds without assistance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
