We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bussers at Outback Steakhouse. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where delivering exceptional service is a priority. As a Busser, your role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of dining areas to ensure guests receive an AUS-SOME experience. You will be responsible for bussing tables, cleaning and resetting them promptly, and assisting other team members throughout the restaurant as needed. This job requires you to be attentive and proactive, supporting our team’s commitment to personalized service and helping create an inviting dining atmosphere for every guest.
