In this role, attention to detail and a strong work ethic are paramount. Bussers must be positive, friendly, and approachable, capable of communicating effectively with team members and guests. Flexibility is also important, as shifts typically include evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the busy dining hours. Physical stamina is required to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift. This dynamic position offers a great way to gain valuable experience in the food service industry while working with supportive colleagues in a well-loved restaurant setting.
Joining The Old Spaghetti Factory means becoming part of a family-oriented company that values its employees and offers numerous benefits. Team members enjoy paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay. There are also opportunities for career advancement within the company, allowing motivated individuals to grow their careers over time. Additional benefits include discounted meals, medical, dental, and vision insurance compliant with the Affordable Care Act, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan for eligible employees. The company also provides comprehensive employee assistance programs, offering services such as 24/7 well-being advisors, prescription savings, credit, housing and debt counseling, and more. Furthermore, employees can take advantage of Verizon Wireless discounts, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
The Old Spaghetti Factory is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace. The company is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
