The Old Spaghetti Factory is currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to join their team as Bussers. This is an hourly paid position with additional tips, making it a rewarding opportunity for those who enjoy working in a bustling, customer-focused environment. The busser plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall flow of the restaurant. Responsibilities include promptly clearing and resetting tables, assisting waitstaff, and ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. In this role, attention to detail and a strong work ethic are paramount. Bussers must be positive, friendly, and approachable, capable of communicating effectively with team members and guests. Flexibility is also important, as shifts typically include evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate the busy dining hours. Physical stamina is required to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.
