Job Requirements

Candidate must be 21 or older

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food and beverage service
Previous experience in a food service environment preferred
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Duties

Accomplishing a set list of side work duties in a timely manner
Responsible for adhering to all State, Federal and local laws as they pertain to the sale and service of food and beverage products
Responsible for monitoring the actions of guests and staff ensuring proper health and safety standards are met
Will be available to assist servers by running food and/or drink orders, expedite food, buss, pre-buss, set and pre-set tables, fill waters, retrieve bread and openly communicate information to the tables appropriate server
Works cohesively with other team members and good communicator
Maintaining specified levels of cleanliness within the outlet including trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning tables of food
Performs other job-related duties as directed
