We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable team member to fulfill the essential role of a food and beverage service assistant. This position involves completing a designated list of side work duties promptly and actively supporting the restaurant's servers. Key responsibilities include running food and drink orders, expediting food preparation, bussing and pre-bussing tables, setting and pre-setting tables, filling water glasses, and retrieving bread. The role requires consistent communication with servers to ensure seamless service delivery. The successful candidate will also uphold rigorous cleanliness standards within the venue, including trash removal, vacuuming, and cleaning tables after food service. Monitoring guest and staff behaviors to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations is a fundamental part of this position.

This role is vital to the smooth operation of our dining service, requiring an individual who is a strong team player, a good communicator, and willing to perform various job-related duties as delegated.
