Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
Previous restaurant experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills to assist servers and provide excellent guest service
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner
Clean and reset tables for the next guest ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area including floors, chairs, and service stations
Refill water glasses and provide additional service support as required
Carry dishes, trays, and glassware to the dishwashing area
Ensure all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift
Follow proper sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown during opening and closing shifts
