Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic knowledge of sanitation and safety practices

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean dining area by promptly bussing and resetting tables for new guests
  • practice pre-bussing by removing unnecessary dishes and debris throughout the meal
  • monitor floor cleanliness and ensure all guest touchpoints are sanitized
  • support the front-of-house team by assisting with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth service
  • contribute to a memorable guest experience by being attentive, friendly, and helpful
