Job Description

Hilton is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality industry, known for its unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and cultivating an outstanding workplace culture. With a legacy spanning decades and having welcomed over 3 billion guests worldwide, Hilton is dedicated to filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. Boasting a suite of world-class brands and continuously setting new standards for the future of travel, Hilton is not only a place to stay but a place to grow and thrive in your hospitality career. The company has earned repeated recognition on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune, underscoring its commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive, and rewarding environment for its Team Members.

At Hilton, the role of a Busperson is vital in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. This position is more than just maintaining cleanliness; it embodies the spirit of hospitality by fostering warmth and attentiveness in every guest interaction. Buspersons play a critical role in the efficient operation of the hotel’s dining areas by clearing and resetting tables, managing service stations, supporting servers, and complying with health, safety, and sanitation standards. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and take pride in enhancing the atmosphere through proactive and friendly service. The Busperson contributes significantly to the overall guest satisfaction by ensuring the dining environment is welcoming, organized, and efficiently serviced.

Joining Hilton means not only contributing to an iconic brand but also receiving unparalleled support and benefits designed to help Team Members succeed both professionally and personally. Hilton offers incredible travel perks, such as deeply discounted room rates at its global properties through the Go Hilton travel program, allowing employees to experience the hospitality they help create. Financial wellbeing is supported through an employee stock purchase program that offers shares at a discount, alongside retirement plans designed for future security. Hilton also prioritizes family and personal wellbeing by providing paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, mental health resources, and generous paid time off. In times of crisis, employees have access to a compassionate Crisis Concierge to assist with both practical and emotional care needs.

The company’s core values — hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on the present moment — shape everything Hilton does and guide the qualities sought in every Team Member. These values inspire a culture where employees are empowered to make a lasting impact and thrive in their careers. Whether starting out or advancing, individuals at Hilton benefit from a culture of support and advancement. Hilton isn’t just offering a job; it offers an opportunity to be part of a global family that values and rewards the contributions of its Team Members and allows them to make every stay a little more magical.
