We are currently seeking a Back of House (BOH) Supervisor to join our team at the Santa Clara restaurant. This leadership role is designed for an individual passionate about food quality, team development, and operational excellence. As a BOH Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate the BOH team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will oversee all food production activities, ensure that health and safety standards are met, and maintain tight control over inventory and equipment usage. Your input will be critical in driving efficiency while delivering meals prepared to the highest standards.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $20, plus an additional $3 to $4 per hour in tips, reflecting the hands-on leadership and commitment required.
