The Restaurant Beverage Manager role at Aba Nashville is an exciting leadership opportunity ideal for a professional with at least two years of restaurant management experience. This full-time position, offering a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 to $85,000, involves partnering closely with the Senior Bar Manager and Sommelier to oversee the cocktail, beer, and wine programs. In addition to beverage oversight, the role demands strong operational leadership to ensure daily shifts run smoothly and deliver exceptional guest and employee experiences.

As a key member of the management team, the Restaurant Beverage Manager will lead various aspects of beverage inventory management, cost analysis, pricing updates, and vendor relationship building. The position requires conducting pre-shift meetings, overseeing closing manager duties including cash handling and labor review, and managing daily opening and closing procedures. The incumbent will provide leadership and guidance to both hourly employees and managers, actively fostering the company’s Culture of Caring ethos, responding promptly to guest and staff feedback, and supporting business goals focused on cost control, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a dynamic individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional responsibilities include inventory control of food, beverage, and supplies, managing orders and delivery inspections, promoting teamwork throughout the restaurant, and handling challenges with tact and courtesy. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and occasional travel, is essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
