Job Requirements
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- flexible to work varied shifts including early mornings, days, and evenings
- minimum six months bartending experience
- previous food and customer service experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- possession of Oregon Food Handlers Permit
- possession of OLCC Alcohol Service Permit

- Six plus months of bartending experience
- previous food service and customer service experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Oregon Food Handlers Permit
- OLCC Alcohol Service Permit
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly
- comfortable standing, walking, bending, and squatting throughout shift
- flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
- mix and serve beverages in compliance with OLCC and company policies
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas
- perform opening and closing duties and manage cash handling
- support breakfast and evening receptions and buffet restocking
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- adapt to various roles including bartender, server, busser, or dishwasher as needed
