The hotel offers a wide range of amenities including 9,000 square feet of flexible event space suitable for meetings, conferences, weddings, and other special occasions. This particular opportunity is for a full-time Restaurant Bartender - Server role, with a starting pay of $17.33 per hour plus tips. The employment includes a flexible schedule with varying shifts that may include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role is essential to the restaurant’s success, as it involves interacting directly with guests, preparing and serving beverages with attention to quality and compliance, and ensuring guests leave with positive and memorable experiences. The Restaurant Bartender - Server will be the face of the dining experience at Latitude 45 Degrees Restaurant and Lounge. Responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, crafting cocktails following strict regulatory and company policies, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in dining and bar areas, performing opening and closing duties, managing cash handling accurately, and supporting breakfast and evening receptions by restocking buffets. The role also requires collaboration with colleagues across departments to maintain smooth restaurant operations and flexibility to adapt to various positions such as bartender, server, busser, or dishwasher as business needs fluctuate.

This position is ideal for individuals with at least six months of bartending experience and prior food and customer service background. Required certifications include Oregon Food Handlers Permit and OLCC Alcohol Service Permit, with ServSafe Certification preferred. Physical requirements of the job include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand, walk, bend, and squat throughout the shift. Candidates must have open availability including weekends and holidays to meet the operational demands of the hotel’s dining services.
