Job Requirements

  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • flexible to work varied shifts including early mornings, days, and evenings
  • minimum six months bartending experience
  • previous food and customer service experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • possession of Oregon Food Handlers Permit
  • possession of OLCC Alcohol Service Permit

Job Qualifications

  • Six plus months of bartending experience
  • previous food service and customer service experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • Oregon Food Handlers Permit
  • OLCC Alcohol Service Permit
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
  • ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly
  • comfortable standing, walking, bending, and squatting throughout shift
  • flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth
  • mix and serve beverages in compliance with OLCC and company policies
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas
  • perform opening and closing duties and manage cash handling
  • support breakfast and evening receptions and buffet restocking
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • adapt to various roles including bartender, server, busser, or dishwasher as needed
