We are currently seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. This position is hourly, with a competitive pay rate of $17.75 per hour, and includes benefits such as vacation and sick time available after 90 days of employment. The responsibilities of this role are multifaceted, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach to teamwork. The bartender will provide personalized beverage recommendations and craft cocktails with precision and creativity, ensuring all drinks meet standard recipes and customer preferences. Beyond drink preparation, the role encompasses managing bar operations such as setting up and breaking down the bar area, restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and managing POS transactions accurately. The bartender will also play a key role in inventory control and cost management, utilizing portion control measures to minimize waste.

Excellent guest service is paramount; the bartender must greet guests warmly, handle food and drink orders efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving any issues promptly. Effective communication and collaboration with servers, kitchen staff, and management are essential to maintain seamless service delivery. The position also demands strict compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a high-end bar with a complex wine, beer, and cocktail menu, possess TIPS certification or its equivalent, and demonstrate refined verbal communication skills alongside physical stamina.
