Job Requirements
- Minimum two years bartending or related work
- Knowledge of Napa Valley and surrounding areas, highly desirable, however not required
- Preferred experience in a luxury resort or hotel
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
- Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks
- Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests
- Candidates must possess valid US work authorization
- This position is not eligible for work sponsorship/visa

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons standards
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients and drinks to answer questions and accommodate off-menu requests
- Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel's point-of-sales system
- check completed orders with the guest's original order
- Service and take orders from guests seated at a bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of bar and back-bar stations
- Properly and accurately close guest checks
