Job Requirements
- Valid state or county license or certification as required
- Must be able to work late hours
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Previous cash handling experience
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds using proper techniques
- Skill in communication and teamwork
- Physical ability to pass pour test and mixology drill
- Ability to manage and respond to intoxicated guests
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent

Job Duties
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests
- Interact with guests in a friendly and natural manner
- Cultivate regular guests and encourage repeat business
- Complete a pour test prior to every shift
- Suggestively sell beverages and menu items
- Deliver food and beverage orders promptly
- Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications
- Record equipment failures or safety hazards in bar log
- Recognize intoxicated guests and refuse alcohol service courteously
- Maintain responsible alcohol service and abide by local ordinances
- Request proper identification for guests appearing under 30 years of age
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Perform opening, running and closing duties
- Prepare guest checks and process payments
- Manage bartender bank and perform cash pull or checkout
- Maintain appropriate Comp and Spill checks
- Work special events as scheduled
