Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
- ensure interactions with guests follow ACES Service Program guidelines
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene per policy and TIPS training
- promote gaming events and promotions
- process cash and credit card transactions while maintaining financial controls
- prepare and pour drinks according to recipes and standard procedures
- slice fruit as required
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and stocked workstation
- comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations
- work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- make drinks for servers as ordered
- serve, clear, and expedite tables
- perform side work as directed
- work special events as needed
- perform other duties as required
