Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • bartending training and certification required
  • minimum 6 months bartending experience
  • ability to stand continuously during shifts
  • ability to lift and carry items weighing 20 to 100 pounds
  • ability to bend and kneel
  • capable of maneuvering in narrow spaces
  • good physical stamina and mobility
  • ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • proficiency in verbal and written English
  • highly organized
  • keen attention to visual and auditory details
  • ability to handle stressful customer service scenarios
  • accurate cash handling skills
  • able to use cash register

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • minimum 6 months bartending experience
  • must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
  • highly organized with attention to detail
  • capable of multitasking in busy environments
  • ability to handle stressful and emotional customer service situations with tact and understanding
  • ability to accurately count cash and operate cash register

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
  • maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
  • complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • know and comply with state liquor laws
  • ensure established pars are maintained
  • perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
