The role of Bartender at the Springfield University Plaza location in Springfield, MO is a part-time position offering a compensation range of $12.00 to $12.60 per hour, with the exact rate depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. The Bartender plays an essential role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by crafting and serving beverages quickly and efficiently, while ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. The role requires maintaining strict adherence to liquor laws and company policies to ensure responsible alcohol service. Cleanliness and organization of the bar area are critical to maintaining a high standard, including restocking supplies and preparing garnishes. Bartenders are responsible for completing daily opening and closing duties and accurately handling cash and tip reporting to maintain operational integrity. Additionally, the role requires thorough sanitation and adherence to food safety standards, supporting the overall health and safety of guests and staff.
