This is an hourly position with a competitive pay scale starting at $16.50 and rising to $19.50, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate for the Bartender role will exhibit a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service, possess certification to serve alcohol, and be prepared to obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days. Experience in bartending ranging from one to two years is preferred, with additional value placed on candidates familiar with inventory management and ordering. The physical demands of the job require the ability to bend frequently, lift more than 20 pounds, and remain on their feet for extended periods, all within a fast-paced, social environment.
