The available position involves bartending, which plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Tulsa Renaissance. The bartender is responsible for crafting and serving beverages with skill and speed, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for. This role demands adherence to responsible alcohol service policies that comply with liquor laws and company standards. Maintaining a clean and organized bar environment is essential, along with restocking supplies and preparing garnishes to keep service efficient and attractive. Bartenders also complete daily opening and closing duties, manage cash and tip reporting with accuracy, and uphold rigorous food safety and workspace sanitation standards. Flexibility is key, as the schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays, fitting the diverse needs of the hospitality industry. Ideal candidates possess at least six months of bartending experience, preferably within hospitality, and hold or are willing to obtain Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications within 60 days of employment. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift. - Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications or commitment to obtain within 60 days
