Job Description

Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse is a renowned dining establishment located in Tucson, Arizona, celebrated for its classic steakhouse cuisine and rich history since its inception in 1962. Nestled within Trail Dust Town, a popular historic entertainment area, Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse has been a cornerstone of Tucson's dining scene for over six decades, serving millions of guests with its unique blend of quality food and memorable atmosphere. Owned and operated by Agro Land & Cattle Co., Inc., a family-run local company, the steakhouse proudly reflects generations of committed management and ownership, ensuring the preservation of tradition while embracing modern hospitality standards.

The Silver Dollar Saloon, part of Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse, offers a distinctive and thematic bar experience reminiscent of an 1890s Old West saloon. The bar's décor captures the spirit of the era, creating a lively and fun ambiance for both guests and staff. This role centers around crafting excellent beverages in a bustling bar setting that complements the dining experience of the steakhouse. The bartending team at the Silver Dollar Saloon is instrumental in enhancing guest satisfaction by preparing refreshing and flavorful drinks tailored to the preferences of a diverse clientele.

Bartenders at Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse are key contributors to the overall guest experience, serving a variety of beverages ranging from classic margaritas and draft beers to red wines and specialty cocktails that are continuously expanding in popularity. The position involves engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that every visitor enjoys their time at the saloon. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, social environment and appreciate the blend of tradition and innovation that Pinnacle Peak embodies.

The job is structured around evening shifts that start in the late afternoon and conclude by 11 pm, offering employees the advantage of having mornings and early afternoons free for personal time and family commitments. This work schedule supports a balanced lifestyle while enabling bartenders to be part of a vibrant and historic community-focused business.
