Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, hotel, or upscale bar environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
- Familiarity with POS systems (Micros preferred)
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- A polished, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-energy setting
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and creativity
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests at the bar and in the dining area
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of drink offerings, ingredients, and pairings to enhance the guest experience
- Create a welcoming, social atmosphere that encourages repeat visits from both travelers and locals
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure seamless service
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, as well as responsible alcohol service practices
